Shipping Policy

1. Pricing & Currency

All prices on our website are listed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary based on promotions or seasonal offers, and we reserve the right to update them without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed securely via our trusted payment partners. We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and other common UK payment methods.

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you notice any errors in your order, please contact us within 12 hours.

3. Shipping & Delivery (UK)

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours

Free delivery may apply for orders over a certain value (this will be stated at checkout). A tracking link will be sent once your order is dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at mhnaturehq@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving it. Attach clear photos for faster resolution.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
